The GTR acceleration program isn’t just a short-term infusion of time and effort. Our mentor and partner network spans the globe, giving selected studios the ability to get answers and information no matter how big or small the request. Our ecosystem thrives on shared information and shared expertise - this communication forms the foundation of the value that studios during the acceleration process.
GTR doesn’t require teams to be on-site during the primary acceleration program, focusing mainly on studio visits by our core members and partners, and giving studios online access to the mentors most valuable to them. This helps us minimize stress and cost for both mentors and studios while giving the tools they need to communicate openly and share insights and feedback.
After conclusion of the GTR Acceleration period, the top 5 studios in the program will graduate to the marketing phase of the GTR program. Each of these top-performing studios will receive support from GTR and the GTR marketing/solutions ecosystem to help them acquire early-stage users and jump-start regional/global marketing for their games.
Throughout the marketing process, we provide direct and indirect funding to maximize game exposure. Collaboration with GTR external marketing/PR partners also provides the opportunitie for the studios to gain lots of great user pool and targeting insight.

Throughout the program, GTR mentors and specialists from different regions will be available to provide evaluations, feedback, and direction for our 2016 studios. The GTR ecosystem is designed to help developers identify their strengths and weaknesses domestically and abroad, and focus in on making their games the best they can. We provide coaching and solutions designed to (a) Enhance and polish their game experience for their target audiences, (b) help studios plan for launch and live operations management, and (c) give studios access to the external resources and expertise they need to maximize their chances of success.

Publishing and marketing strategy are integral to the success of contemportary game launches, no matter the target market. GTR will help selected studios at every step of the launch process, from developing a soft-launch and global launch strategy, to connecting studios with publishers in their target regions and assisting studios during the contract negotiation process. If studios decide to self-publish in certain regions or globally, our partner network can help studios define their launch goals and assist with marketing strategy design and execution. From beginning to end, the GTR network will be there to help our studios succeed.

Every inductee studio selected during our conference will receive a USD $40,000 investment directly from GTR to give them the runway they need to polish and launch their titles. After selection and investment, GTR will open up our business partner and financial mentor network to our studios to help them create and implement an optimal financial strategy going forward, giving them the financial planning and marketing advice they need to achieve sustainability as a content developer.
